AccoTick Android App – Terms & Conditions

These Android App–specific Terms & Conditions (“App Terms”) govern the use of the AccoTick Android mobile applications.

1. Legal Entity

The AccoTick Android application is owned and operated by:

Acmaey Accounting Solutions Private Limited

AccoTick is a brand of the above legal entity.

2. Scope

These Terms apply only to the Android application.

Use of the AccoTick web platform is governed by separate web terms.

3. Account Creation & Access

  • Accounts cannot be created through the Android app
  • Accounts are created only via the AccoTick web application
  • The Android app uses the same user ID / registered mobile number created on the web platform
  • If a web account is deleted, app access is automatically revoked

4. Payments & Subscriptions

  • The Android app does not collect payments
  • No in-app purchases are offered
  • All subscriptions, renewals, and billing are handled exclusively via the AccoTick web application
  • Google Play is not involved in payment processing

5. Location Permission

  • Location access may be requested only from client users
  • Location is used strictly for operational functionality
  • No background tracking is performed
  • Location is not used for advertising or marketing

6. App Updates

  • Updates may be released periodically
  • Continued use may require updating the app
  • Older versions may stop functioning without notice

7. Device & Network Responsibility

Users are responsible for:

  • Compatible Android device
  • Internet access
  • Mobile data charges

8. Suspension & Termination

If a user account is suspended or deleted via the web platform:

  • Access to the Android app is automatically blocked

9. Intellectual Property

All rights in the app software, branding, and content belong exclusively to Acmaey Accounting Solutions Private Limited.

10. Google Play Disclaimer

Google LLC is not responsible for the AccoTick application or its services.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India.
